Designed by Page Henderson Architects, 52 Aston Road in Waikanae is our current build project. A substantial single level home covering 330m2 the house is to be clad in contemporary cedar weatherboard, stackbond block, and makes extensive use of glass to maximise the view. Davma construction provided a full Project management solution to bring the owners dream home to fruition within the specified time-frame.

Mairangi Road, Wadestown
Mairangi Road was an extensive renovation and landscaping project. This original 1920s 2 storied villa was transformed in to a contemporary yet classic home, with the addition of a 2 car garage, extensive outdoor living, and landscaping.

Belmont Hills, Lower Hutt
This contemporary 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom 3 level home with double garage was completed in 2013. Featuring extensive blockwork foundations and retaining, this challenging site required an extremely well managed build program. The house was completed on time, and under budget.
